Shipping - Signature Required

If you are shipping to a residential address and do not want your precious prints left unattended on the front porch where they are subject to the elements, we suggest checking this box to add a required signature. (An additional charge of $3.50 will be applied to your shipping cost.) If you do not check this box, your shipment is subject to the discretion of a UPS driver, and that is not always a good thing! We highly suggest requiring a signature if you are shipping to a residential address. Vahalla Studios is not responsible for damages due to UPS's decisions to leave a package at your front door.

So what happens now? Generally we respond to all requests within two business days, during which we communicate our price estimate and expected production times. Confirmation of schedule slots are dependent on quote approval, payment of any necessary deposits, and submission of final artwork. Once we send our quote, we typically hold schedule slots for two business days, after which we may release that schedule date to another client. If your art is unfinished at the time of the quote, we will communicate when we need your art by to accommodate your in-hand date. Any delay on receiving art or deposit, or changes in quantity, color count, etc. that affects production time may impact your in hand date. We cannot be held liable for missed deadlines due to these circumstances. Please refer to our long form Terms and Conditions, linked above, for more detailed information.
